Jo-ebikes is our own brand that started as a result of our experience running Jo-E bike rental company (Jo-e Cycles) in Vancouver, BC. While operating the bike rental business, we conducted market research to find the best-performing e-bikes that customers loved. This led us to create our own brand with the best performance and features that we could offer.

During the 10 years of our experience running the e-bike rental service, we discovered that many customers demanded step-through bike models. We understood that step-through bikes were accessible to everyone regardless of their age or gender. Therefore, we launched two step-through bike models as part of the Jo-e bike line.

Additionally, our experience of repairing and maintaining e-bikes of different brands as part of the rental service has given us a wealth of knowledge and experience in after-sales service. This means that we can offer our customers expert support and advice even after they have made a purchase from us.
